Delivery & shipping costs

Crakblocker sends all parcel-compatible products with DPD.

The shipping costs are always displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you enter your postcode under “Calculate delivery costs”.

Please note that screed plugs and stop ends are always sent separately because their weight would damage other products!

We deliver products that exceed the maximum package size due to their size or weight by freight company. The shipping costs depend on the weight and the place of order. Here, too, the shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you enter your postcode.

Shipping costs for delivery by freight company to the Netherlands and Austria have to be calculated individually. Please use our contact form or contact us by phone.

For inquiries from Switzerland and Denmark, please also use ourcontact form or order by phone or fax.

Payment

When paying for your order, you can choose between the following payment methods at the checkout in the online shop:

• Prepayment: Here you transfer directly to our bank account. Please indicate the order number as the purpose. The order will only be sent after the money has been received on our account.
• Invoice: You can also order on account. Please note that the maximum order volume for Germany is € 4000 incl. VAT and € 2000 incl. VAT for orders from abroad.
• Paypal: With Paypal you can also pay by credit card, even if you do not have a Paypal account.

We reserve the right to obtain credit information from commercial enterprises such as Bürgel.
